Ow yeah, we have some Russian friends (http://www.bbpress.ru/) talking about the bbPortal plugin. How nice :D
Well some info about the developement of bbPortal 1.2 (yes it is comming :))
- Easy menu editing using drag & drop. I am going to release this as a seperate plugin first, so basic bbPress users can add a menu to their forums as well (more info on release).
- More dynamic frontpage. If you don't want to have a left or right sidebar, just delete it fromt the template. The page will auto ajust when it's missing a left or right sidebar. In the future, I want to add this option to the admin (so the user can deside if he wants to use the left or right sidebar and the template will then auto ajust to it).
This will also fix an Opera bug (I hope).
- Make bbPortal use the new bb_get_option function. (so the bbPortal SQL table can be removed).
- Some other bug fixes.... ???
Well this is it for now, still working on this, but this will give you guys an idea on what I am working on. The menu plugin is going to be released first (this or next week).
