bbPress 0.8 is comming and has some major changes. 1 of them is the use of a template manager and this will make bbPortal incompatible. I will update the portal plugin, but after 0.8 is out.
Also the bbMenu plugin is almost done. I think I am gonna wait for its release when 0.8 is out too, but I am not sure about that.
Time will tell :)
